Genoa have snapped up free agent Valon Behrami.

The 34-year-old Swiss international was a free agent after his deal with FC Sion was terminated by mutual consent at the start of October.

This is a return to Serie A and indeed to Genoa, where Behrami already played in 2003-04.

Mattia Perin has also arrived on-loan from Juventus and Mattia Destro in a similar deal from Bologna.
