Fulham have signed Carlos Vinicius and Daniel James in the last moments of deadline day.
James joins from Leeds United on a season-long loan.
The 24-year-old said: "I've spoken to the gaffer and it feels like a great fit for me, and I can't wait to get started."
Vinicius signs from Benfica for an undisclosed fee.
The former Spurs striker cut short his two-year loan with PSV to join Fulham.
He said: "I'm really happy to be here. I think it's a big club with good people, so I'm really, really happy.
"I'm happy to be back in the Premier League again. I'm more experienced now and I think I can help the club."
