Former Everton winger Yannick Bolaise has completed the most surprising move of his long career.

The 34-year-old has signed for newly-promoted Brazilian top-flight side Criciuma.

Bolasie, who spent three months with Swansea recently, may want to play into his late 30s and early 40s.

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano confirmed Bolasie's move to Criciuma, where he has passed a medical.

Bolasie left Swansea when his short term deal expired, with their recently hired manager Williams stating: "Yannick has been great to work with.

"He has been a real professional and we wish him well in whatever is next for him."
