Everton goalkeeper Harry Tyrer is heading away from the club for the coming season.
The shot stopper has signed for Chesterfield on a season-long loan, ensuring he plays regular first team football.
Tyrer will get to sample the Nation League, as Chesterfield look to get back into the Football League.
Paul Cook's team lost the playoff final to Notts County last season, but want to go one better this coming campaign.
On the move, Tyrer said in a statement: “It feels amazing. It's such a big club and I'm grateful to be here.
“I've spoken to Paul (Cook) and he's a great manager. He's told me what the plan is for this club and I want to be a part of that.
“We want to be top of the National League and get promoted to League Two."
