Empoli have signed Inter Milan striker Martin Satriano.
The Uruguayan moves to Empoli on a season-long.
Satriano's name had come up in talks between Inter and Empoli regarding a move for midfielder Kristjan Asllani.
He has now made the move to Empoli on-loan.
Satriano spent last season in France with Brest.
