Chelsea have signed Norwich City attacker Alex Matos.
Matos joins Chelsea in a permanent deal and will be initially registered with the U21 team.
The 18 year-old joined Norwich in 2016 from Luton Town's academy.
The attacking midfielder is an England youth international.
