Brighton have signed Billy Arce from Independiente del Valle for an undisclosed fee
The Ecuadorian winger has penned a four-year deal with the Seagulls.
Arce, 20, will now spend the season on loan at Spanish Segunda side Extremadura UD.
A statement on the club's website said: "Independiente del Valle wishes the best of luck to a player who knew how to win an important space in the club for his goals and talent."
