Bolton have confirmed the permanent signing of defender Derik Osede.

The 22-year old has signed a three-year deal after his contract with Real Madrid recently expired.

Madrid-born Derik has represented the Spain at every level between U16 and U21 and was part of the Spanish U19 side that won the UEFA European Championship title in 2012.

Derik, who was a regular in the Real Madrid Castilla team over the past two seasons, is waiting on international clearance before being added to the Trotters squad ahead of the 2015/16 Championship season.
