Aston Villa striker Caleb Chukwuemeka has joined Crawley Town Football Club on loan for the remainder of the season with an obligation to buy.
The youngster, who is the brother of recent Chelsea signing Carney Chukwuemeka, was no longer wanted at the Midlands club.
He will now be hoping to gain regular first-team football with Crawley, before his loan is made permanent at the end of the season.
The League Two side's head coach Kevin Betsy said: "Caleb is a player that I have known for some time. This is a real coup for the club, given the level of interest in his talents from a higher level.
"A versatile forward who can play anywhere across the front line. He will be a threat for us, and we look forward to welcoming him to the club. We thank Aston Villa for their support in this deal. It shows that we have the trust of some big Premier League clubs in their younger players."
