DONE DEAL: Arnautovic completes move to Shanghai SIPG

Former West Ham striker Marko Arnautovic has completed his move to Shanghai SIPG.

Arnautovic has left West Ham to join Shanghai SIPG in a £22.4million move - six months after failing to secure a dream switch to the Chinese Super League.

The Austrian was keen to leave the London Stadium this summer and has now had his move confirmed, signing a lucrative deal to move to China.

The Mirror says West Ham were digging their heels in over his valuation because Arnautovic's previous club, Stoke, are due 20 per cent of the profit on any deal for a player they sold in 2017 for £24m.

In January, the 30-year-old was blocked from joining Guangzhou Evergrande, who bid £30m for him and offered the frontman about £200,000 a week in wages.
