AC Milan have signed VfB Stuttgart defender Jan-Carlo Simic.

Simic, 17, has joined the Rossonero this week.

The clubs involved have not yet confirmed the deal, but registration has already taken place.

The 17-year-old central defender's fee will rise to €1m based on appearances and success.

Simic moved to VfB from Stuttgarter Kickers in 2016.
