Doncaster Rovers have completed the loan signing of Manchester City defender Matthew Mills.

The 20-year-old centre-half, who has agreed to a six-month spell at the Keepmoat Stadium, is expected to go straight into Sean O'Driscoll's squad for the visit of Bournemouth on Saturday.

Former Southampton trainee Mills spent an impressive loan spell at Bournemouth in 2005 when O'Driscoll was manager there.
