Former Liverpool striker El Hadji Diouf has taken a new swipe at former teammate Jamie Carragher.

Since his departure, Diouf has made made a habit of criticising Liverpool and has never held back when it comes to Carragher and Steven Gerrard.

And, once again, the now retired forward has taken aim at Anfield legend Carragher.

“If he wasn't a Scouser, a son of Liverpool, he would never have had the career he did," he stated

Diouf, who is a hero to Sadio Mane, previously admitted that he made a mistake in joining Liverpool, at a time where Manchester United were also interested in snapping him up.
