Werder Bremen midfielder Diego is in Turin today for a Juventus medical. The Brazil international arrived in Italy last night and will undergo medical tests today with Juve's fitness staff.

Meanwhile, Juve captain Alex Del Piero has praised Ciro Ferrara after a winning coaching debut yesterday against Siena.

"I had Ferrara as a teammate. He has been head of the juniors, has agreed to be always ready and decided to take this chance with the first team. Today it went well, and he was vital in the victory," said Del Piero.
