Alessandro Diamanti admits a West Ham United connection drew him to Brescia.
The former Livorno star had only a handful of Serie A appearances under his belt before switching to the Premier League, but is back for the Rondinelle.
"I came to Brescia out of recognition for Gianluca Nani, who was the director who brought me to West Ham," he told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
"I didn't even consider the other offers, although the clubs that were looking for me included Parma and Fiorentina."
