Marco di Vaio has quickly settled in at Montreal Impact.

The former Bologna and Valencia star joined the Impact last week.

"He came into the locker room before training this morning and was very enthusiastic," midfielder Patrice Bernier told Montreal Impact. "He said hi to everyone and met all the players. He understands English very well in addition to speaking other languages (Italian and French).

"It was a good first meeting and I'm sure once he gets on the field it will be even better."
