Chelsea boss Roberto di Matteo has urged the club to deal in Ashley Cole. Cole netted the winner against Stoke City yesterday.

Di Matteo said: "Ashley's contract is ­between him and the club, but my recommendation is to keep him here.

"I'm sure there will be a solution because both ­parties are happy to talk."
