Roberto di Matteo says keeping West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League this season would top anything he has achieved in football.
The former Italian international won FA, League and European Cup Winners' cups as a player and steered Albion to automatic promotion to the top flight in his first season in the Baggies' dugout.
But he reckons keeping Albion up this term will match - if not surpass - all those feats.
"We've been disappointed with the last few results and frustrated because we've not had much luck," Di Matteo told the club's website.
"We now need to draw a line under it, pick ourselves up and go into the next few games with belief.
"We start afresh and if we can replicate our first half of the season, that would be fantastic.
"Apart from the last couple of weeks, which would have made 2010 a magnificent year, I think it's been a good 12 months for this football club.
