Parma coach Mimmo di Carlo insists today's match against Cagliari won't decide his future.
There are reports Di Carlo could be fired if Parma fail to win this six-pointer.
During his reign he had a blazing row with Domenico Morfeo and froze him out of the squad, but the creative midfielder is back in the side to face Cagliari.
"In the last four weeks he has trained and returned to physical and psychological fitness," explained the Coach. "I think he is in good shape and we need everyone to remain united at a time when we must call on every resource at our disposal and make sacrifices for the club."
