Derby County are ready to cash in on winger Giles Barnes.

The Times says the Rams are willing to sell Barnes for an initial fee of £3.5 million. The midfield player was on the verge of joining West Ham for up to £7 million in the summer, but the London club have not decided whether to resurrect the deal.
