Derby County are set to win the race for Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury.
The Daily Mail says Watford are reluctant to match the £2.5million offered by Derby County for Lansbury at Nottingham Forest.
The former Arsenal midfielder is out of contract in the summer and Watford's intention has been to sign him as a free transfer.
Forest have rejected Derby's £2.5million bid for the 26-year-old who has scored six goals in 19 appearances this season.
