Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker is set to leave on-loan.
The Daily Express says Baker looks set to depart the club for a loan spell in the next transfer window, with Championship outfits Derby County and Leeds United both interested.
The former Luton Town youth joined Chelsea in 2005 when he was just nine years old, rejecting approaches from the likes of Arsenal and QPR, and has gone on to make 22 appearances for various England youth sides.
