Departing Lazio coach Rossi won't move abroad

Departing Lazio coach Delio Rossi has ruled out moving abroad.

Rossi said: "It's a scenario that I have never taken into consideration. I like Italy and I would like to stay here, even if I understand that there are these possibilities in world football.

"You would need to turn your life around and then it all depends on the scenario that could happen.

"But I am against those who prefer England. I thank again the Salerno and Lazio fans for the tributes that they have sent me.

"Those are the kinds of things that make you happy because a trainer has to leave a mark beyond the football his side plays and the results they obtain. We are men before we are professionals," he explained.

Rossi then had a few tough words to say on Kaka, who left Milan for Real Madrid in the early hours of yesterday morning.

"I find it difficult thinking about players, who have renewed their contracts three months ago and then go to play for another side.

"We lose out from a technical point of view, but Italy needs people who are an example and in this case Kaka is not one to follow."
