Moussa Dembele was grateful to Tottenham fans for their welcome on Saturday.

Dembele came off the bench to score on debut in their 1-1 draw with Norwich City.

"The supporters were very warm towards me and I scored, so I was happy I could give something back," Dembele told the Spurs website.

"But I'm very disappointed we didn't win the game at home.

"I thought when we scored that we'd perhaps get the second, but the unexpected happened and that was difficult for us.

"We have to keep our confidence and try to win every game."
