It will be Alli's second appearance after featuring in the Capital One Cup defeat earlier this season.
“It will be a good test,” he told the Spurs website. “We know what Arsenal are capable of and it’s not going to be easy either way. I don’t think it really matters too much about the results in midweek as far as this game is concerned.
“We know how big the match is, everyone’s going to be up for it and everybody is going to be firing, so it should be a good game.”
