Manchester United great Ryan Giggs believes Juventus are the strongest Italian club he has played against during his career.
In an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, the Welshman spoke of which side in Italy had been the most difficult to face throughout his playing days and also which played he feels has been the best in the Serie A.
"Before we won the Champions League in 1999, Juventus were the strongest team, but we also dealt with two very good teams like AC Milan and Inter Milan.
"(Alessandro) Del Piero (is the best Italian player), we're the same age and I've followed his whole career.""In my career, it has always been difficult to play against Italian teams," Giggs said.
