Vicente del Bosque has announced he has signed a contract extension to remain as Spain coach. The new deal means Del Bosque will continue at the helm of the reigning world and European champions until 2016.
Del Bosque said on Friday: "I can confirm that I have signed with the Spanish national team until 2016."
The 62 year old took over as Spain coach five years ago.
