Jermain Defoe insists he'd never demand a move from Tottenham.
Defoe, who has clocked up six years at White Hart Lane, admits he is frustrated at being forced to play second fiddle.
But he told The Sun: "It's not a case of me saying 'I want to go, I'm not playing, I want to leave'. I've been here six years - I've never said that once. The fans know that.
"I could understand if I was 19, 20 and I had time on my hands, but I'm 29 now and all I want to do is play."
