Deco has welcomed Chelsea's capture of Sporting Lisbon winger Fabio Paim.

Paim is joining Chelsea on a season-long loan and Deco remarked: "He is a young player with talent. It will be good for him and for Chelsea.

"I will help him, because the first time abroad is not easy, especially when it is so new. I hope he succeeds."
