Kevin de Bruyne is ready to leave Chelsea in January.
The London Evening Standard says Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho wants to keep the Belgium international for the second half of the season despite handing him just four starts this term.
But the midfielder is meeting his agent in London to discuss moving away from Stamford Bridge in order to secure regular first team football.
A number of clubs are interested in signing the former Genk star on loan but it is believed he favours Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg because of the presence of sporting director Klaus Allofs, who was at Werder Bremen when De Bruyne impressed there last term.
