DC United coach Tom Soehn will not hand out any easy games for star recruit Danny Szetela.
The 22-year old midfielder joined United in the recent transfer window from Spanish outfit Racing Santander but has struggled to regularly make Soehn's first team.
And the coach is not about to change the way he picks his side because of one player.
"He's still got to earn his right to play on this team," he said.
"A lot of it is sharpness when you compare him to other guys. It needs to stand out that he is one of the better guys. One of Danny's traits is that I think he is a bit of a 'gamer.' You kind of have to evaluate him not solely on how he trains. He has to earn his right like everybody else still. There are no grudges or nothing. He needs to be in the best 18."
