Aston Villa wing ace Ashley Young played down his heroics in Saturday's defeat of Fulham.
"I was as delighted at setting up Shaun's (Maloney) winner as I was scoring the equaliser. That's what I'm in the side for.
"I looked up and saw Shaun in space, looked back down at the ball, looked up again and he was still there so I threaded a ball through and he finished brilliantly."
He added: "Nigel (Reo-Coker) was talking about the move in the changing room after the game. People were telling him to shoot but he said he knew it was more sensible to pass it to me.
"I was in the right position and luckily I hit it and it went in.
"It was great to score in front of the Holte End. They are like a 12th man, as it says on the banner on the stand. If they can keep lifting us like they did today, I'm sure we'll come up with the goods."
