Jason Davidson featured for West Bromwich Albion U21 in the mini-derby win over Wolves.
Davidson, Gareth McAuley and £10million man Brown Ideye all played 90 minutes at the Hawthorns, while Wolves summer signing Tommy Rowe played the first half.
Kyle Howkins headed the winner for Albion with 20 minutes to go, earning redemption after his earlier error had allowed Eusebio Bancessi to cancel out Adil Nabi's first-half strike.
