The father of Barcelona midfielder Rafinha says he wants to sign permanently with Inter Milan.
Mazinho, who won the World Cup with Brazil, insists even if Inter fail to qualify for the Champions League that his son will still want to stay.
He told FCInterNews: "It all depends on the will of Inter. It does not matter whether it's the Europa League or the Champions League. In my opinion it's the right moment for the Nerazzurri to keep an important player like Rafa. Young and with a bright future.
"We are happy in Milan. But we must wait. Inter values his football. He learns and feels good in the group. He wants to stay. Regarding his future I will have to go to Milan to know the ideas of Nerrazurri and talk to everyone involved. I have not yet spoken with FC Barcelona because I want to know the intentions of Nerrazurri before doing so."
