CSKA Moscow star Keisuke Honda is being driven by the Japanese team's World Cup exit.
The Blue Samurai lost out on penalties to Paraguay in the Round of 16 on Tuesday, ending their tournament, and Honda said he was keen to improve his own game to in turn help the Japanese despite putting on an impressive showing with two goals in the group stage.
"My teammates supported me and created situations that made it easier to score," Honda said. "But to be honest, I am disappointed, so will work hard to improve."
