Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke expects to be back in action in the next fortnight.

Belgium international striker Benteke, the Londoners' £27 million record signing, was ruled out with knee ligament damage three weeks ago.

He insists he is on schedule in his recovery, and has his eye on that 'Bonfire Night' trip to Wembley.

“The rehab is going really well," he said. “I am really happy with the way ligament is healing. Hopefully I can be back in a few weeks."
