Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke isn't surprised by Belgium teammate Eden Hazard's imminent move to Real Madrid.

Chelsea and Real have reached an agreement over a fee rising to £130m for Hazard in the last 24 hours.

And Benteke revealed: “When I met Eden just over ten years ago, he already told me that he wanted to play football in 'the white house'.

"We often talked about it among each other. He knows where he wants to go, I hope it will be all right soon."

He also revealed a move to China for himself could happen in the future.

"I know it was bad last season, now I just want to do better. Whether I respond to alleged interest from China? Never say 'never', but not at the moment."
