Crystal Palace have joined the battle for Chelsea striker Loic Remy.

The Croydon Advertiser says Palace are reportedly in the running along with West Ham United to sign Remy.

The French forward was mainly used as backup to first choice Blues striker Diego Costa last season and is supposedly frustrated with life in SW4.

Remy worked with Eagles boss Alan Pardew during the manager's time at Newcastle.
