Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur: I wasn't good enough against Chelsea

Crystal Palace midfielder James McArthur admits he could've been better in defeat to Chelsea.

The 28-year-old has called on Palace to move on quickly to FA Cup action at Southampton next weekend.

"It was very disappointing out there, it really wasn't like us, we didn't stay in the game and didn't do the things we normally do," said McArthur to the Croydon Advertiser.

"We made it far too easy for Chelsea. It was fine to play out there (despite the wet weather conditions), I was disappointed with the way I played on a personal note.

"I think it was one of my worst games for Palace and I need to move on, as we all do, fast."
