Blackburn Rovers midfielder Adam Wharton will undergo a medical ahead of a dream Premier League move.
The youngster, who is only 19, is signing for Crystal Palace on a permanent contract.
Wharton is signing for an £18.5 million fee with a further £4 million in add-ons related to his performance.
Blackburn are now going to allow him to leave, despite previously insisting he would not be sold.
Per The Mail, Wharton has asked to go and believes now is the moment for him to jump to the top flight.
He has been a Rovers player since the age of six, coming through the club's academy.
