Napoli defender Ivan Strinic is a summer target for Crystal Palace.

The Croydon Advertiser says Palace are reportedly keen on a move for Croatian international Strinic this summer.

The left-back, who turns 30 in July, is currently playing for Italian giants Napoli in Serie A.

The Eagles could be looking at alternative targets if they are unable to land Mamadou Sakho on a permanent basis following his loan from Liverpool.

The reports in Italy may come as a surprise to many Palace fans, who have welcomed Patrick Van Aanholt and Jeffrey Schlupp to the club in recent months, with both able to play at left-back.
