Crystal Palace defender Zeki Fryers is keen on a loan move away.
The 23-year-old tore ankle ligaments in July and has been left out of the 25-man squad until January.
"I think it would benefit me if I can get out on loan rather than staying at Palace on the outskirts and only playing U21 football," he told the Croydon Advertiser.
"Ideally I would like to get a move to the Championship; that would be brilliant if I can do that. I played against a few good sides last season and got that experience, so it's just about improving each game and showing everyone what I can do.
"Palace haven't tried to push me out or said to stay, it's mutual. I just want to have a career and continue to play football."
