Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew says he is eager to bring out the best in Wilfried Zaha.
Zaha deservedly scooped the man of the match award for a scintillating display against West Bromwich Albion last weekend.
"Wilf has done a lot of good things since I've arrived," Pardew told the Croydon Advertiser.
"His defensive attitude has been on the money, his ability on the ball is also on the money – he's one of the best to work with on the ball.
"It's about the end product now. My job is to get Wilfried to understand the level of the Premier League."
