Crystal Palace boss Frank de Boer has dismissed suggestions that he wants to use the job at the South London club as a stepping stone to something more lucrative.
The Dutch manager, who was sacked by Inter Milan last November, was announced as the new manager of the Eagles on Monday.
When asked if sees the job as a stepping stone, he said: "No. I don't want to think about that. I am focusing on this job right now and what happens in the future is not important.
"The only thing I am concerned about is to make Crystal Palace a very solid Premier League club.
"That is my only concern. I sign for three years and normally I want to stay for three years. That means it is going well."
