Schalke striker Matthew Hoppe remains on the radar of Premier League clubs.

The Mirror says Crystal Palace and Wolves are keeping tabs on United States forward Hoppe.

Schalke forward Hoppe, 20, impressed in the Bundesliga last season despite his club being relegated and broke into his national team.

That has alerted several clubs around Europe including Premier League teams who know he could be available this summer.

Several English clubs - including Palace and Wolves - are watching developments especially as he starred in the US's recent Gold Cup victory.

It is believed Hoppe's representatives have come to Europe in the expectation of a deal happening this summer.
