Barcelona legend Johan Cruyff expects Xavi to stay next season.
The veteran midfielder has been linked with a move away this summer.
"He's a truly great player. He always marks the difference in loads of different ways and is an almost indispensable part of the team," Cruyff told Marca.
"Football is played with the head and the feet, and when, as you get older, you can't do so much with the feet, the head is there too. And the older he is, the more he'll use his head. There's no doubt about his being there next season."
