Real Madrid have insisted Cristiano Ronaldo return from Lisbon to continue his rehab from hamstring injury.
Ronaldo met up with the Portugal squad yesterday and had his injury looked over by national team doctors.
The winger will now return to Madrid to begin in earnest his bid to make the first-leg of their Champions League quarterfinal against Tottenham on April 5.
Ronaldo has played 42 of Real's 45 games this season - plus four internationals.
