Former Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle isn't surprised Premier League clubs are keen on Benfica attacker Rodrigo Moreno.
The Spain U21 international has been linked with Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool this season.
Coyle, who had Rodrigo at Bolton, told Record: "He can play for any of the big clubs in the Premier League and Champions League.
"He is ready for the elite level."
