Coyle never felt Bolton job was under threat

Owen Coyle insists he's never felt his job was in danger at Bolton Wanderers.

The Scot has seen an improvement in results since Christmas.

Coyle told Absolute Radio: "I don't ever worry about situations like that. The bottom line is anything outwith my focus on the team doesn't concern me. Whatever it is, it is. That's the nature of football. We know the nature of the beast. We know what we're involved in. All I do know is you come in every day and you do your very best and you can always look yourself in the mirror. That's what I certainly do."
