Philippe Coutinho faces a delay over making his debut for Liverpool.
The Telegraph says Coutinho faces a delay before making his debut, despite being cleared to make his £8.5 million move to Anfield. The Brazilian international was granted a work permit on Wednesday, but immediately returned to Milan to collect the visa which will enable him to play in England. That means he is unlikely to be rushed into the squad for this weekend's visit to Manchester City.
Manager Brendan Rodgers is planning to ease the youngster into his first team squad, with Liverpool's home game against West Bromwich Albion on February 11 a more realistic target for his initial involvement.
